What it is
Cato ALC22001B, ordered as 22001C and previously catalogued as the 220-RX, is a protective cover for a recessed mounted fire alarm pull station, moulded in high density polypropylene in red. The opening method is pull to open, unsecured. The cover inside dimension is 6-1/4" W x 7-1/4" H x 1-3/4" D and the outside dimension is 7-1/2" W x 8-1/4" H x 2-1/4" D, at 1.5 lb. It arrives fully assembled with mounting hardware and anchors, and the pull handle at the top is designed to ADA specifications. A gasket is included.

Does the Cato ALC22001B fit a surface or a recessed pull station?
Recessed mount. Use it where the alarm sits inside a wall cut-out. The surface and recessed versions are not interchangeable.
